On the Street: The Silent Language of the City and Traces of Humanity
"On the Street" is a black-and-white street photography selection that treats the city as a vast stage and every detail within it as its silent actors. Rather than telling a single story, this series pursues thousands of small narratives hidden within the streets, momentary encounters, and the voids that constitute the city’s own identity. In the timelessness of black and white, the city’s noise gives way to a dialogue of forms, light, and the signs left behind by the human spirit.
The photographer turns his lens not only toward "what is happening" but also toward "what is left behind"; searching for clues of human presence in a glance, a posture, or a vacant street corner.
"On the Street" invites the viewer to rediscover familiar corners, to notice the small yet profound signs that form the identity of the city, and to read the visual poetry of life through the clarity of black and white.
